↩️ iGymDaily Refund & Return Policy

This iGymDaily refund and return policy explains when you’re eligible for a refund, replacement, or return. Because all of our products are fulfilled on demand by Printful, we can only accept returns in certain cases outlined below.


✅ When We’ll Make It Right

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your package is lost in transit

In these cases, we’ll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.


⏱ How Long Do I Have?

You must report any issue within 30 days of receiving your item.

To report a problem, email support@igymdaily.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending anything back.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Face masks (hygiene reasons)


📍 Return Address

Approved returns are sent directly to Printful’s nearest facility. The return address depends on your order’s location and will be provided after approval.

Do not ship returns to our customer service address or any address listed online unless instructed.


🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in original packaging with tags

  • Is not customized or sealed goods that were opened

Please contact us before sending anything back.


💳 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we’ll confirm approval.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged, incorrect, or lost.

If it has been 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at support@igymdaily.com.
